Concierge Services

This includes extra requests for additional visits to your home outside of your regular monitoring time. Typical concierge requests are: meeting with vendors or granting access to your home for contractors, bringing in packages left outside, checking on Wi-Fi status or equipment after an outage, and other special requests you may need help with.

Patio Furniture Move In/Move Out

We’ll take care of the heavy lifting. While closing down your home for the summer season, we’ll safely move your patio furniture indoors and place it back outside when you’re ready to enjoy your home again. If you decide to purchase the Storm Recovery Service later, you’ll pay $75.00 less.

For urgent property issues such as, reported water leaks, broken windows, or other concerns requiring immediate attention outside of normal business hours. We’ll respond as quickly as possible to assess the situation, help minimize further damage, and coordinate with appropriate service professionals.
